STL have a team of dedicated customer service coordinators who provide information and advice to customers, inform them of the progress of their analysis, and respond to any enquiries.

 

All of STL’s customers are allocated a dedicated customer services coordinator to ensure they have a regular point of contact who understands their individual, analytical requirements. The coordinators help to book analysis, arrange collection and delivery of sample containers and provide results in the format requested. Their role is to help make it as easy as possible to work with STL.
